  • Professional Data (for VIPs/partners): Bio, headshot, role, expertise areas, links to public profiles.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time/date stamps, clicks, feature use.

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, advertising/retargeting cookies, and pixels. See “Cookies and Tracking” below.

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Payments & Fraud Prevention: Payment processors, chargeback services.

  • Analytics & Marketing: Analytics platforms, ad networks, email service providers.

  • Public & Partner Sources: Public websites, social networks, and partners who help us verify or augment professional profiles for VIP listings and campaign collaboration.

2) How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and Improve the Services: Create/manage accounts, authenticate users, enable features, personalize content, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and develop new capabilities.

  • Transactions & Billing: Process subscriptions (e.g., VIP membership), donations, refunds, and payment-related communications.

  • Campaign & Community Features: Facilitate events, posts, collaboration tools, and professional profiles visible to authorized users or the public, depending on your settings.

  • Security & Integrity: Detect, prevent, and investigate spam, abuse, fraud, or security incidents; enforce terms.

  • Legal & Compliance: Comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, and exercise/defend legal claims.

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after for recordkeeping, compliance, and dispute resolution.

7) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
